About the Author Shri. P. Hanumanthu rendered 35 years of distinguished Service under the State Government of Andhra Pradesh before retiring from service as District Audit Officer Local Fund Audit (Now State Audit) department on 31-5-1994 on attaining the age of superannuation. He has rendered his valuable services as Secretary A.P.N.G.O's Association District Branch Anantapur; General Secretary A.P.L.F Audit Employees Association; Secretary General All India L.F. Audit Employees Federation; President-Kurnool District Gazetted Officers' Association and President-Loksatta Kurnool Town Unit.

            He is the author of well received books under the titles All About A.P. Employees Service Matters and Benefits (3 Parts) All About A.P. Employees Reimbursement of Medical Expenditure; All About Perfect Maintenance of Service Register and All About Quiz on Service Matters 72,sood inwo!, All About A.P. Leaves & Rules, All About A.P.C.S.T.A. Rules, 1996, All About Suspensions, Reinstatement etc., All About Office Notes, Draftings, Communications, Office Management etc., All About DDOS, All About Compassionate Appointments, All About Financial Benefits etc., etc.

               He is running a Monthly Journal "All About A.P. Employees Welfare and Service Matters" ever since May 1998, without any break. He is the Senior Faculty and a resource person imparting training to the employees on various subjects of Service Matters at District Training Centre, Dr. Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resources Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh at Kurnool. He is a consultant on Service Matters and working for the redressal of grievances and problems of the inservice employees and the pensioners.
